The frozen and hot options are great alternatives, a hot Chatime a warm hug in a cup and a frozen the perfect pick me up on a hot summers day. There are too many positive adjectives to describe the great taste of Chatime. The staff at Wollongong are exceptional, their communication makes myself and many customers feel acknowledged and valued. I particularly love the puns on the Uber bags. “ I am very surprised at the fake one star reviews about this place. When I first visited this place a few days ago, I was very surpised to be served by the same Tea Brewer from Chatime Liverpool. When I asked, I was told that they are from the same team. All the staff were very courteous and very friendly, and the best thing is the tea brewer (she recogonised me) remembered my favourite order lychee tea with lychee jelly half sugar. So don't listen to the fake reviews and give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. A bit of a bonus if you are an emergency service Worker they will give you a discount. ”
